We had a great stay at Motel3858. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We loved the courtyard at the back with lovely plants, fish and two baths. The bed was really comfortable and Grant & Tony were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service Tony and Grant went above and beyond! Gorgeous rooms. Pet friendly, close to town if you need anything. Beautiful rural views with all the luxuries. 10 out of 10 I will be back! Nigel the pigeon was a delight too. Thank you Tony and Grant.

My husband and I stayed here in December. We had no booking and were looking for a place to stay in the area after a long drive. When we arrived late in the evening, we were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and welcoming. The place was delightful, exceeded our expectations! The rooms all look brand new and have been very tastefully renovated and had all the comforts we needed. You can just tell the owners put a lot of love into the property. The pleasant surprise was the outdoor area behind our room which had a beautiful garden, a cute little pond and matching outdoor baths! Overall very luxurious and not at all what we were expecting to find in a small country town. We highly recommend staying here if you are passing through Heyfield or in the vicinity!

What an amazing quaint place to stay. The rooms are very tastefully done. The garden area is serene and peaceful. We had a a great time here. The bed was super comfortable. The owners could not do enough for us. we would definetly stay here again and recommend it anyone who wants a wonderful stay. I give this place 5 stars for it's peaceful relaxing enviroment.

We recently stayed at motel 3858, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, with modern decor that felt welcoming and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable, with soft linens and plenty of pillows. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with high-quality toiletries, and had excellent water pressure in the shower. The addition of a robe added a touch of luxury. Amenities like a -fridge, coffee maker, and nibbles made the stay convenient. Added bonus was the spa and pool . Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others and would happily stay here again. My rating: 10/10

what a excellent motel to unwind and relax it has everything you need big comfortable king bed and the big tv the great shower with 2 different showerheads just great hottub and outdoor shower perfect.Grant&Tony very friendly and helpful hosts.will be back again excellent.Trevor,Jill and furbaby Mia

This motel is such a fantastic find! The rooms are nicely designed and very well appointed. The staff are friendly and accommodating, but best of all, this place is truly pet friendly with solid & secure fencing. I will definitely be coming back!

We had the most fantastic night here! Such an amazing surprise to find this beautifully appointed accommodation in the region! What a gem! Lovely furnishings, good quality bedding, ample crockery and cutlery, wine and drinking glasses. The piece de resistance was the layout and design of the inside and outdoor area. The courtyard was as well done as any I have seen and the outdoor claw foot baths were brilliant- a great place for a couples retreat. We did the rail trail from Tralaganon about a 33km push bike ride-. We will be back just for a night away sometime very soon!

My husband and I both loved this place! The decor is outstanding. Love the industrial/rustic theme. Beautiful courtyard and pet friendly! The bed and bedding was luxurious and soft comfy pillows! Grant was a fantastic host and we'll definitely stay there again when we visit friends in the area. Highly recommend this place!
